🔄 Returns

We have a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer a 180-day return from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Returns not related to the product (e.g., customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong model):
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition.
You must provide:
A valid order number, and clear photos showing the product in good condition.
Items must be shipped back to our designated return address (provided after your return request is approved).

2. Product-related issues (e.g., received a defective, damaged, or wrong item):
Please contact our customer support team immediately with photos and a description of the problem.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or severely damaged:
A full refund or replacement is provided based on your preference.

📦 Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@kronekalpasmos.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item (showing its condition and the issue, if any)
  • The reason for return

Once your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and address.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • It may take 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Items returned damaged due to improper packaging or use may be denied a refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
